A Festive Mixed Mani Monday: High Voltage Meets Crayon Rainfall

A Festive Mixed Mani Monday: High Voltage Meets Crayon Rainfall

As November draws to a close and we prepare to dive headfirst into the holiday season, I found myself in a celebratory mood. With the final November birthdays on the horizon, I decided it was time for a special mixed mani Monday to mark the occasion. Little did I know that an unexpected match would steal the show and set the perfect tone for our festivities.

I reached into my wrap leftovers and pulled out two gems that I hadn't used together before: "High Voltage," a vibrant magenta pink wrap, and "Crayon Rainfall," a dazzling rainbow glitter nail wrap. As I held them side by side, I couldn't help but wonder if this combination would work as beautifully as I hoped.

Living in Canada, I've learned to adapt to the challenges that come with colder months. Nail wraps tend to stiffen up, making application a bit tricky. That's when I bring out my trusty space heater. It's become an essential tool in my nail wrap arsenal, helping to warm up the wraps and make them more flexible and sticky, ensuring a smoother application.

So, with my space heater ready and my wraps in hand, I embarked on this mixed mani adventure. I started with "High Voltage," the bright pink wrap. Its vibrant hue was an instant mood lifter, and the glossy finish promised a chic look.

The application went smoothly, thanks to the cozy warmth from my space heater. "High Voltage" adhered beautifully to my nails, and I couldn't help but admire the striking colour. But the real surprise was yet to come.

Next up was "Crayon Rainfall," the rainbow glitter wrap. As I carefully applied it over one nail, I was absolutely blown away. The vibrant magenta of "High Voltage" and the dazzling array of colours from "Crayon Rainfall" seemed to be made for each other. It was like a party on my nails!

The final result was beyond my expectations. The bright pink and colorful glitter created a dynamic contrast that was both festive and fun. It was the perfect choice for celebrating the last November birthdays before kicking off the holiday season with style.

As I admired my mixed mani masterpiece, I couldn't help but appreciate the little tricks we learn along the way, like using a space heater to combat the challenges of colder months in Canada. It's these small adjustments that make the world of nail wraps even more enjoyable and versatile.

So, as December approaches and the festive manicures line up, I'll be keeping my eye out for unexpected matches like "High Voltage" and "Crayon Rainfall." After all, the world of nail wraps is all about creativity, experimentation, and surprises. Here's to many more mixed mani adventures in the colourful world of nail art!
